Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer for the following:

• USPS

• UPS

• FedEx

• DHL Express

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3-4 business days

• Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days

• Express Shipping:  1-5 business days

Order Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, so you can monitor its journey to you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping all over the world.  We have over 7 USA warehouses.  We also have multiple in China, Germany, Netherlands and other areas around the world to accommodate any shipping needs. 

Please note that international shipping times vary greatly and additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: Frugal Finds Galore is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have left our facility. If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Returns and Exchanges: Please refer to our Policy for details on how to return or exchange an item.
